CiV supports IJM for 5 Weeks for Freedom

CiV worked with International Justice Mission (IJM) to create a web presence for their summer campaign 5 Weeks for Freedom. A team of cyclists retrace 1800 miles of the Underground Raiload raising awareness of IJM's work to end human slavery. The site incorporates social media activity, Eventbrite registration, and an application for tracking cyclists' progress.

CiV launches a new web presence for Blood Water Mission

CIV was privileged to work with Nashville-based Blood Water Mission on a new web presence -- helping them engage communities in partnership to fight the HIV/AIDS and water crises in Africa. The project incorporated a new content management system and custom Flash media player for Blood Water's expanding library of images and video.

JIJUE 1 Million Campaign for an AIDS Free Africa

CIV had the privilege of working with I Choose Life - Africa in Nairobi on the JIJUE 1 Million Campaign. The new website was developed through close collaboration from members of the CIV team in the United States and the ICL/JIJUE team in Kenya.“It’s been great to see the response to the site by local media and young people,” said Gregg Mwendwa, Director of the JIJUE 1 Million Campaign.

CiV Wins WebAward for NEH Lincoln Interactive

Capital Idea Ventures, Inc. (CiV) has received the Standard of Excellence award in the Education category of the Web Marketing Association's WebAward Competition for Web site development. A Word Fitly Spoken: Abraham Lincoln and the American Union is a Flash-based interactive which tells the story of Lincoln's commitment to the preservation of the Union during the tumultuous years of the Civil War.
